Can I get a refund if I change my mind before the program starts?
Yes. If you request a refund more than 14 days before your program begins, you'll receive a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. We process these within 5 business days.
What if I've attended some sessions already?
Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. You'll receive a refund for unused sessions minus a 10% processing fee. The first two sessions are non-refundable as they include setup and materials.
Do medical circumstances qualify for exceptions?
We understand life happens. With proper documentation, we can arrange either a full refund or credit toward future programs. Each case is reviewed individually with compassion.
How long does the refund process typically take?
Most refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank transfers appear in 3-5 days, while credit card refunds can take 7-14 days depending on your financial institution.
Are there programs with different refund terms?
Some intensive workshops have specific terms due to limited capacity and materials. These are clearly marked during enrolment. Standard programs follow our regular policy outlined here.
Can I transfer my enrolment instead of getting a refund?
Absolutely. You can transfer to another program starting within 12 months without penalty. This option works well for participants whose circumstances have changed temporarily.

Assessment Review
Our team reviews your request against our policy criteria. We check attendance records, materials accessed, and any special circumstances you've mentioned. Most assessments are completed within 48 hours.
Decision Communication
You'll receive a detailed email explaining our decision, including refund amount calculations if approved. We break down any fees or deductions clearly so you understand exactly what you're receiving.
Payment Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. We'll send you a transaction reference number. If your original payment method is unavailable, we arrange alternative transfer methods.
