What You'll Actually Learn

Three focused modules that build on each other. Start in September 2025, finish by December. Each one tackles specific skills you can apply straight away.

Reading Your Reports

Most business owners glance at their profit and loss once a month and move on. You'll learn what those numbers actually mean—and more importantly, what they're not telling you.

Covers cash flow tracking, margin analysis, and spotting problems before they become disasters.

Planning That Works

Budgets feel restrictive until you realize they're just decisions made in advance. We'll show you how to build forecasts you can actually stick to.

Includes seasonal planning, scenario modeling, and adjusting when reality doesn't match your spreadsheet.

6 weeks • Starts 20 October 2025

Growth Without Chaos

Scaling up sounds exciting until you're drowning in invoices and your margins have vanished. This module focuses on keeping control while you expand.

Covers working capital management, pricing strategy, and knowing when to say no to opportunities.

Long-Term Results

Eighteen months after finishing, I still use the cash flow tracker we built in week three. Sounds simple, but it's saved me from making expensive mistakes at least four times. The forecasting stuff took longer to click—probably three months before I trusted my own projections.

I went back through my notes six months later when we were considering a second location. That scenario planning module suddenly made way more sense the second time around. Being able to model different rent scenarios probably saved us from overcommitting.
